Shewchuk splits his time between his work life as a business consultant specializing in employee relationships and his passion as a published and acclaimed barbeque chef. Over the past few years, Shewchuk has combined the two into a cookout and communication amalgamation called Rockin' Ronnie's Communication Cookout. The speaker uses his cooking skills as a functional metaphor for his speeches as part of a presentation called "Everything I Know About Business I Learned From Barbeque." "The session is a delicious and fun way to get some important messages across about what businesses can do to improve communication with their employees," says Shewchuk. When feeding a large group it can be difficult to keep food hot for one's guests. Using a wire chafing stand is a simple and economical way to maintain food's temperature while other distractions command one's attentions.  |
